Violet Voss has surprised us all with the launch of the Violet Voss Sakura Eyeshadow Palette that was announced today. It's been a while since Violet Voss launched a larger palette, as they've been focusing on smaller, more compact palettes recently.

The Violet Voss Sakura Eyeshadow Palette is themed around cherry blossom or Japanese Cherry Blossom trees, and it's a pink palette lover's dream with lots of pretty pinks both on the outside of the palette, and the inside too.
This beautiful new palette is $42, and is an online exclusive to Sephora and is also limited edition. I think that this palette was perhaps intended to be a spring palette, as cherry blossom is very much a spring trend for makeup, skincare and fragrance. So it could be that the global crisis delayed the launch a little.
